The integrated software of our H2G 4.0 needlebed washing machine offers the possibility to use the standard washing parameters and recipes provided by H2G or to customize the programs to meet specific cleaning needs. In this way, H2G 4.0 allows you to create your own washing programs, calibrating the individual movements of the nozzle to your needs.
The uniqueness of the H2G 4.0 needlebed cleaning machine lies precisely in its flexibility and extreme ease of programming, which can be transferred directly from a PC to the machine via USB pen-drive.
The needlebed detection system will adapt the manual programming to the actual dimensions of the piece to be washed, optimizing times and performance. The washing progress can be monitored directly from the screen.
The H2G 3.0 needlebed cleaning machine is designed to operate for decades while requiring minimal maintenance thanks to the use of the highest quality materials at the service of an accurate design.
The structure of the needlebed washing machine is made of stainless steel. The best linear guides, the electronically controlled nozzle and a precision assembly guarantee the highest quality cleaning results.
The screen allows you to keep all the cleaning parameters under control: the status of the machine, the elapsed time, the washing phases and much more.
The 7" monitor implements the same software as the H2G 3.0 needlebed cleaning machine, adapting each wash to the actual dimensions of the needle bed to be cleaned: scanning the piece is the distinctive element of each H2G machine to reduce any waste of time and work.
The solid and resistant structure allows the H2G ROBOT to move easily in narrow spaces and tigth aisles, with positive effects above all on the safety of users who will no longer have to make physical efforts to remove the needlebeds.
The ergonomic design and load-bearing capacity of the manual needle lifter for knitting machines make it capable of lifting any needlehead, even the longest, carrying it directly into the H2G needlebed washing machine. The entire maintenance department can be managed by a single person.

The smart head combined with the rotation of the cylinder allows thorough cleaning cylinders even among the dirtiest needles. Thanks to the photocell, the software automatically detects the dimensions of the cylinder and customizes the washing cycle.
Just press a button and H2G SPIN already knows what to do: in just 30 minutes it washes and dries the cylinder with all the needles still housed in their original position. All you have to do is put it back in your circular machine!
